Private 1-to-1 Yoga

Ideal if you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, managing injury, or prefer individual guidance. Sessions focus on strength, mobility and sustainable movement at your pace.
Yin Yoga (coming soon)
A slower, floor-based practice using longer-held postures to support mobility, relaxation and deeper rest.
Suitable for all levels and particularly helpful if you’re looking to balance more active movement with intentional recovery.
