Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A flowing, breath-led class designed to build strength, improve mobility and develop steady focus.

Classes are dynamic but adaptable, with clear options offered throughout. Each session finishes with time to slow down and reset.

Private 1-to-1 Yoga

Personalised one-to-one sessions tailored to your body and goals.

Ideal if you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, managing injury, or prefer individual guidance. Sessions focus on strength, mobility and sustainable movement at your pace.

Yin Yoga (coming soon)

A slower, floor-based practice using longer-held postures to support mobility, relaxation and deeper rest.

Suitable for all levels and particularly helpful if you’re looking to balance more active movement with intentional recovery.

In-person classes take place at KB Fitness, Shore Road, Belfast. Full details are provided after booking.
