Many people feel tired but find it hard to truly rest. Sleep is disrupted, the mind keeps going, and stress can stay held in the body.
My work is designed to help you slow down, sleep better, and feel more at ease through gentle movement, supported stretching, guided deep rest, meditation, and simple breathing practices.
I offer small group and 1:1 sessions in a calm home studio, creating a quiet, welcoming space to soften, switch off, and reconnect.
I also offer 1:1 Sleep & Nervous System Support — practical, structured sessions to help ease stress, improve sleep, and build realistic habits for recovery.

Personalised one-to-one support for people struggling with stress, poor sleep, burnout, or difficulty switching off. These sessions focus on understanding your patterns and building practical, sustainable ways to rest and recover.

I'm a qualified yoga teacher, sleep counsellor, and mental health coach with 15 years' experience — I bring genuine clinical understanding to this work, not just relaxation classes.
My work combines gentle movement, guided deep rest, breathing practices, and practical one-to-one support to help reduce stress and improve sleep. It is grounded, accessible, and focused on supporting everyday life.
I offer small group and one-to-one sessions in person, along with 1:1 Sleep & Nervous System Support online and in person. My aim is simple: to help you leave feeling calmer, steadier, and better able to rest.
