Personalised one-to-one sessions for people struggling with stress, poor sleep, burnout, or difficulty switching off. Practical, supportive sessions focused on helping you understand your patterns and build more sustainable ways to rest and recover
Flow Yoga
A more active class designed to build strength, mobility, and steady focus in an accessible, grounded way. Sessions remain adaptable and non-pressured, with options throughout and time to reset at the end.
