Sleep & Nervous System Support

Many people feel exhausted but unable to fully rest. Sleep is broken. The mind stays busy. The body doesn’t fully switch off. These one-to-one sessions are designed to improve sleep and calm chronic stress patterns using guided deep rest, gentle movement, structured breathing practices, and practical sleep strategies.

What Sessions May Include

  • Guided deep rest (Yoga Nidra-style practice)

  • Slow, floor-based yoga where helpful

  • Simple breathing techniques to reduce night-time overthinking

  • CBT-informed sleep support tools

  • Practical strategies tailored to your lifestyle

Each session is 60 minutes and delivered online or in person.

You’ll also receive a personalised guided rest recording to use between sessions.
