By booking and participating in yoga classes, Yoga Nidra sessions, wellbeing coaching or any related activities with Sarah Stewart – Yoga & Wellbeing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that yoga, Yoga Nidra and wellbeing coaching involve physical movement, breathwork and relaxation practices, and I take part voluntarily and at my own risk.
I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate, and that I will inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy, or concerns that may affect my participation.
I understand that I am responsible for listening to my body, working within my own limits, and choosing appropriate options during sessions. I may stop or rest at any time.
I acknowledge that yoga, Yoga Nidra and wellbeing coaching are not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and I will seek appropriate professional advice where needed.
I release and discharge Sarah Stewart – Yoga & Wellbeing from any liability for injury, loss or damage sustained as a result of participating, except where caused by negligence.
