01.1:1 Sleep and Stress Support
Personalised one-to-one sessions to help you better understand your sleep and stress patterns, and build realistic ways to rest and recover. Sessions may include practical support, gentle regulation tools, breathing practices and guided rest. Available online or in person. Please note: this is not therapy or a clinical mental health service, but supportive wellbeing-focused guidance. - Online and in person - 90 mins initial / 60 mins follow-up
02.Gentle Movement & Deep Rest
Gentle Movement & Deep Rest sessions combine slow, floor-based movement, supported stretching, calming breath practices and guided relaxation to help ease tension, reduce stress and support better sleep. These small group sessions are designed to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect in a quiet, welcoming home studio. With only 3 spaces available, each session offers a calm, personal atmosphere with plenty of support.
