Sleep is disrupted. The mind doesn’t switch off. Stress lingers in the body.

My work focuses on improving sleep and calming chronic stress through slow, strength-building yoga, guided deep rest practices, and simple breathing techniques that help the body feel safe enough to unwind.

Alongside yoga classes, I offer 1:1 Sleep & Nervous System Support — structured sessions focused on improving sleep, reducing stress reactivity, and building sustainable recovery habits.

Yoga Classes

Slow, strength-building and floor-based yoga designed to reduce stress and prepare the body for deeper rest. Ideal for those who struggle to switch off. Private one-to-one sessions are available for those who prefer personalised guidance or additional support.

One-to-one sessions focused on improving sleep and reducing chronic stress.
I combine guided deep rest, slow yoga-based movement, structured breathing techniques, and practical sleep strategies tailored to your nervous system.
Sessions are available online or in person.

Meet Sarah

I’m Sarah — a yoga teacher and sleep support practitioner helping people feel steadier, calmer, and better able to rest.

My work focuses on improving sleep and reducing chronic stress through slow, strength-building yoga, guided deep rest practices, and simple breathing techniques that help the body switch off safely. For me, yoga isn’t about how a pose looks — it’s about how it feels, and how it supports everyday life.

Alongside my yoga training, I bring over 15 years’ experience supporting young people and adults with mental health and wellbeing. My background in psychology, sleep support and CBT-informed approaches shapes how I work: practical, evidence-informed, and accessible. I have particular experience supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals, and I place strong emphasis on choice, regulation and sustainable rest.

I offer in-person yoga classes and one-to-one Sleep & Nervous System Support, both online and in person. Whether you come to build strength, improve your sleep, or learn how to unwind more consistently, my aim is that you leave feeling calmer and more resourced than when you arrived.

Rest isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about creating the conditions that allow your body to recover and reset.
